Francis Ranch has been named a finalist in seven categories at the prestigious BIA Bay Area MAME Awards, a distinction that highlights some of the most outstanding new home communities and developments across the region.
Presented annually by the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area, the Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards celebrate excellence and innovation throughout the homebuilding industry. Francis Ranch was selected as a finalist across multiple categories that showcase the community’s attention to detail, from beautifully designed interiors to inviting outdoor spaces and exceptional sales support.
Being recognized among the Bay Area’s top communities is not only a meaningful milestone, but a reflection of the care and collaboration that has shaped Francis Ranch from the very beginning.
Among these nominations, Francis Ranch is especially honored to be named a finalist for Community of the Year. This category celebrates the overall vision, design, livability and sense of place within a master-planned community. Hop Along the Neighborhoods at Francis RanchSpring is in the air, and there’s no better time to explore the beautiful homes at Francis Ranch in Dublin!
On Saturday, April 4, families and future homeowners are invited to join us for Hop & Hunt, a festive, family-friendly event designed to make touring our model homes even more fun for little explorers.
Visit any of our six neighborhood sales offices to begin your adventure and receive your Hop & Hunt card. As you tour the thoughtfully designed model homes, kids can keep an eye out for a seasonal symbol, which will be hidden inside one of the model homes. Once the symbol is spotted, they can match it on their Hop & Hunt card and head back to the sales office to collect a festive egg prize.
Each neighborhood features its own unique symbol, and guests can participate at any one of them. Hop along to explore a single neighborhood or make a day of it by visiting several! Families who tour multiple neighborhoods can collect up to six egg prizes while discovering the variety of home designs and features throughout Francis Ranch.

Welcome Spring with the Festival of Colors at Francis RanchSpring is arriving in color at Francis Ranch!
On Saturday, March 7 from 11am to 2pm, our sales offices will be celebrating Holi, the Festival of Colors, to welcome the arrival of spring. Rooted in tradition, Holi marks a time of renewal, hope and new beginnings.
In the spirit of the holiday, each sales office will be festively decorated and handing out colored powder packets, while supplies last. These vibrant hues symbolize happiness and the promise of brighter days ahead.
Visit our sales offices to receive your gift and take part in the tradition with us. We kindly ask that powder packets be enjoyed responsibly and saved for outdoor use rather than inside the sales offices or model homes.
We hope this small gesture adds a little more color to your spring season!
