When Sai and Keerthi Prudvi first discovered Francis Ranch in Dublin, California, they could already picture a future there—kids playing outside, friendly neighbors nearby and a place that truly feels like home.
As one of the first families to move into Primrose by Taylor Morrison, the Prudvis have been able to see the neighborhood transform from a few houses into a welcoming, close-knit community.
For the Prudvis, location was everything. Francis Ranch offered a central setting close to highly regarded Dublin schools, major highways and nearby shopping and dining—making daily life easier for their family. With children in third and seventh grade, the strong school district was also a major factor in their decision.
The Prudvis especially love their home’s thoughtful design and open layout, complete with peaceful views and no neighbors directly behind. Large windows in the living room and primary suite fill the space with natural light and serene surroundings.
“The view from our hall and bedroom is one of our favorite things,” Keerthi said. “It makes the space feel so open and bright.”
They have already started making personal touches with custom closets and window coverings, on top of building a pool in their backyard.
Since moving in, the Prudvis have quickly found their place in the community—where evenings are spent outdoors and their children can play with friends.
With new parks, trails and additional amenities on the way, they’re excited to continue building lasting memories and a true sense of home at Francis Ranch.
“We are very excited about how the community will grow in the future,” the Prudvis said. “It’s been exciting to see how much it’s grown from just two families to almost 10 families now.”
