Fall Harvest Celebration at Francis Ranch

Fall is upon us, and Francis Ranch is kicking off the festivities with a Fall Harvest Celebration on Saturday and Sunday, October 24-25! Join us for a weekend of seasonal fun, festive touches and a cozy look at life in the community this autumn.

There’s no better time to picture yourself at home than when the leaves are turning and the holidays are on the horizon. Francis Ranch is a place where neighbors gather, kids play and every season feels a little more special. This October, our sales offices will be dressed up in fall decor, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for visitors to explore.

During the Fall Harvest Celebration, guests can tour the model homes, soak in the autumn ambiance and learn about our referral program, where you and a friend can each receive up to $10K*. Families are welcome to stop by with the kids, who can pick up a sweet treat while the grown-ups explore the neighborhoods. It’s a relaxed way to see what makes Francis Ranch such a special place to call home.

Come celebrate the season, bring the family and see why fall feels like home at Francis Ranch.

*$10,000 referral bonus and $10,000 flex credit apply to homes that sign the contract by 11/15/2026 and close by 12/31/26 at participating Francis Ranch neighborhoods.
