Meet the Lees: First Homeowners at Francis Ranch

At Francis Ranch, every story begins with family—and the Lee family is one of the very first to write theirs here in Dublin, CA.

Alice and Russell Lee, along with their daughter Olive, recently moved into their brand-new Primrose home. For them, finding the right place meant more than just a house. It meant finding a community they could trust, with the schools, space and lifestyle that would carry them into the future.

Why Francis Ranch?

For Russell, who was born and raised in the Bay Area, convenience was key. With everything from Costco and 99 Ranch Market to favorite local eats like Dave’s Hot Chicken just minutes away, Francis Ranch offered the perfect blend of everyday needs and weekend adventures. “I usually ride my bike everywhere, so having more pathways and a bikeable community was a big draw,” he shared.

Alice was drawn to the thoughtful home design and the reputation of Taylor Morrison, one of the nation’s top builders. “When I walked through the model homes, I loved how they were designed,” she said. “It just felt right — like a dream home we could trust.”

Favorite Home Features

Moving in has been a joy, especially as the Lees begin to settle into the spaces that feel most special. For Alice, it’s the spa-worthy bathroom, complete with marble floors and a soaking tub perfect for winding down with a glass of wine. Russell loves the rarity of their spacious backyard — a place already imagined as the heart of future family gatherings and barbecues.

“We’re just so happy to finally say, ‘Come over!’ and enjoy our home together with friends and neighbors,” Russell said.

A Community Taking Shape

Beyond the walls of their home, the Lees have been inspired by the welcoming spirit of Francis Ranch. Friendly neighbors, a safe and family-friendly environment and top-rated schools within walking distance have already confirmed their choice was the right one.

“There’s a sense of community here that makes it so easy to feel at home,” Alice shared. Olive even calls their new home “like a hotel” — spacious, inviting, and filled with excitement.

Looking Ahead

With new parks, pathways, and amenities on the horizon, the Lees are excited to grow alongside Francis Ranch. “This is the place we wanted to spend the rest of our lives,” said Alice.

Welcome home, Lees. And welcome to Francis Ranch!
