With boundaries unchanged for over a century, the storied land of Francis Ranch—formerly the Croak family ranch—was first settled in the early 19th century as a homestead for ranchers and their families.

As an influx of Irish settlers migrated to the area, the Croak family ranch and its surrounding land soon became regarded as Dublin. Agriculture and sheep herding dominated the region’s activity while ranches like the Croak family’s produced dairy products as well.

Francis Ranch emerges from this rich history of expansion and innovation. It’s a place where every day brings a new dawn, and the ever-evolving identity of its community extends an invitation to everyone—with a legacy that continues to be written.
