The Kalva Family’s New Chapter at Francis Ranch
For Rahul and Anitha Kalva, moving into Francis Ranch’s Larkspur neighborhood felt like a golden decision. After six years in nearby Jordan Ranch, they were already deeply connected to the Dublin community. Parents of two—Rihan (9) and Ira (5)—they had spent years hiking local trails, attending community events and watching the Tri-Valley area grow into a vibrant place to raise a family.

Their favorite space is the kitchen and great room, which has quickly become the heart of their home for family meals, playtime and gatherings. “Our living space is really huge—we can easily host 50 to 70 people,” Rahul said with a smile. The family had already hosted a housewarming party, inviting close friends and family to celebrate their move together.
Beyond the home itself, the family loves the strong sense of community already forming at Francis Ranch. They enjoy evening walks with neighbors and watching their kids make new friends at nearby parks.
Looking Ahead
The family is excited about what’s next, specifically the upcoming community parks for their children to play at. The Kalvas are also adding their own touches at home, with plans for a backyard pool and custom landscaping.
Their home’s setting within the hills and open spaces of Dublin only adds to the peace they’ve found here. From their front yard, they often see cattle and deer roaming the nearby hills and enjoy the soft glow of sunrise each morning—serene moments that remind them how special this neighborhood truly is.
“Moving to Francis Ranch truly feels like an upgrade,” the couple said. “We’re so happy to continue growing here with our family!”
